Peer Review Process
Jurnal Periskop adheres to a Double-Blind Review process that is rapid, fair, and also ensures a high quality of articles published. Through the Double-Blind Review system, both reviewers and authors are anonymous. Author anonymity to prevent reviewer bias, for example, based on the author's country of origin or previous controversial work. Manuscripts written by prestigious or well-known authors are considered based on the content of their manuscripts, not their reputation. This statement is based on the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) Code of Conduct and Best Practice Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers.
All manuscripts submitted to this journal will be reviewed by at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers with the "Double-Blind Review" system. The reviewers give scientific valuable comments improving the contents of the manuscript. The decision acceptance for publication, amendment, or rejection will be made by Editors according to reviewers' comments, or recommendations. In certain cases, if needed, the editor may send the article to another reviewer for review (the third reviewer), before making a decision. Publication of accepted articles including the sequence of published articles will be made by the Editor in Chief by considering the sequence of accepted dates and geographical distribution of authors as well as thematic issue.
