RESPON SISWA TERHADAP PENERAPAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN VAK PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA

Abstract

The application of learning media is very much needed to support learning activities. The use of learning media will make it easier for students to understand the learning material being delivered. This study aims to determine students' responses to the application of VAK learning media in science subjects. This study uses a quantitative method of the experimental type. The type of experiment is true experimental design. The population of this study was all fourth grade students of SDN 1 Kedungjaya totaling 108 students. The sample of this study was 75 students who would be divided into a control group and an experimental group. Response analysis will be used to determine students' responses to the application of VAK learning media in science subjects which will be analyzed with the help of excel software. The research instruments used in this study were observation sheets, interview guidelines and Likert scale test sheets with a scoring of 1-5 points. The results showed that 70% of student responses were included in the good criteria. Based on this statement, it is stated that the use of VAK learning media received a positive response from students.
